At Picasso Painting, we work to restore, renovate and create the environment that best suits your lifestyle, from homes and apartments to office buildings.

INTERIOR

Set-up: Furniture in all areas to be painted are moved to other areas of the home or in the center of the room. Furniture and floors are covered with drop cloths.

Preparatory: Holes and cracks in walls are filled. Gaps in trim are caulked. Stains, such as water marks, are sealed. Painting: Repaired areas are primed. Paint is applied with a brush or roller depending on the surface. Full finish coat is applied to provide proper coverage. Clean cut lines between trim and walls. Only premium quality paints are used. Clean-Up: Furniture is moved back to the original positions. All job related debris is removed. Touchup paint is labeled and left with the customer.

Inspection: Before the crew leaves a complete inspection is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly. Final inspection is carried out by the company owner and property owner or manager.

EXTERIOR

Power Washing: The exterior process begins with power washing the house or property to remove mold, mildew, and dirt. Driveways, walkways, decks, and patios are power washed on request. The house is given time to dry.

Preparatory: Carpentry repairs (if contracted) are completed by our carpentry crew. All peeling areas are scraped, sanded, and primed. Joints and cracks are caulked. Recessed nail holes and knotholes are puttied for appearance purposes and to prevent water permeation of the siding material. Other cosmetic repairs that are repairable will be completed.

Painting: The full finish premium paint coat is applied to provide proper coverage and finish. All non-painted surfaces are covered to protect against splatter and drips. Brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface. Second coat is available upon request or when specified

Clean-Up: Performed daily and upon completion of the job. Debris is removed, outdoor fixtures are replaced. Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer. Inspection: Before the crew leaves a complete inspection is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly. Final inspection is carried out by the company owner and property owner or manager.

ACOUSTIC CEILING REMOVAL: Picasso Painting Inc. will make the acoustic/popcorn removal process as easy as possible. Acoustic removal will vary in price. The factors that can make your acoustic removal higher in price are painted ceilings, tall ceiling, vaulted ceilings, excessive furniture in a room, and wallpaper on walls. It is best to set up an appointment for one of our estimators to come out and evaluate your project. The estimate is free and only takes about 15 minutes.
